The building is 12 apartments all very comfortable, each has its own numbered parking, equipped with a lift, each apartment has a large terrace with barbecue.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Satellite TV, mosquito nets everywhere.
