Who we are and what we do?

We are an estate agency, who rents out and sells apartments and detached houses since more than 30 years. The interesting locations on the Adriatic Coast of Emilia-Romagna, starting in the north, are Lido di Volano, Lido delle Nazioni, Lido di Pomposa and Lido degli Scacchi. One of our best features is that we are located in the proximity of many beautiful culture cities like Ferrara, Ravenna, Venice and Comacchio (our district), and of all the Delta Po’ Regional Park, which surrounds our area. So you’ll have not just a great holiday at the beach, but also the possibility to explore the beautiful spots around the area.

How can I book my apartment or detached house?

The reservation is very easy, with just a few clicks you will have your holiday booking at the Lidi Ferraresi confirmed. On our homepage you will find a calendar where you can fill in your arrival date, the duration of your stay, and the number of people. If you have any special requests click on “other options” and tick one of suggestions. By clicking “Search” the availability, map, description and pictures of the apartments will be shown. Do you want to book your holiday? You can book it by using your credit card and filling in the booking form. You do not have a credit card? Just call us during the office hours or send us an e-mail. To confirm you’re booking we will need a deposit of 30% the rental fee. The rest can be paid upon arrival.

When and where can I collect the keys of my apartment?

At the agency will take place the ckeck-in and then you will receive the keys of your apartment. The check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and the check-out is in the morning at least 10:00.

Where do I get the keys and how do I get to the apartment or house?

You can collect your keys at our reception and one of our colleagues will take you to your apartment or house. They will also give you some information and precautions about the object.

In the case of any damages during my stay, what should I do?

Do not hesitate to contact us and we will take care of every minor or major problem, and solve or repair it as fast as possible. In the case that an operator of our agency has to enter the apartment, you will be informed in advanced. We are authorized to enter the apartment if it is necessary and/or urgent.

What happens if I have to cancel the booking?

 It is possible to cancel the booking. Please inform our agency as soon as possible. In such a case the deposit will be used as administration fee and is non-refundable. If you just want to change the dates or the type of apartment, there will not be any additional charges for administration.

What can I find inside the apartments?

All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with hob, refrigerator, kitchen equipment (pots and pans, plates, glasses and crockery), washing machine where possible, hot & cold running water, electricity and gas supplies. Any additional service (for example bedding, cot, pre-departure cleaning) must be agreed upon arrival.
